Day two of Gateway with the crew. Kicked off the day with a @ridetounitertu then sat around all day cheating on the whole crew while watching some football. Then finished the day off with some BBQ and doughnuts!

Better late than never. Gateway did not disappoint this year, the boys road like a squad possessed. They were calm all night till the last few laps where they got together and brought monkey to the line taking a solid 6th place. Communication with our @senacycling S1 helmets was key during the race being so dark. We were able to stay ahead of the swarms and keep the boys out of the mess. Onto day 2 ✌🏻

The Cobb Park Crit has deep roots — first held by the South Chicago Wheelmen back in the early 1980s, it’s a race with decades of history and community energy behind it.
This year didn’t disappoint — stacked fields, burgers and dogs on the grill, the jet skis and boats speeding down the Kankakee river, and the sound of friends and family cheering from every corner of the course. Couldn’t ask for a better day of racing.
Special thanks to everyone who helped make it happen — from course setup to registration, officials to burger flipping and keeping things running smooth.
